構造設計
「北根黒松の家」は、幹線道路と河川敷に挟まれた敷地に建つ木造住宅で、都市的な動と自然の静をつなぐ拠点として計画されました。1階をピロティ状に開放するため、2階を1.82m張り出し、150角柱と方杖で支持する構成を採用しています。屋根トラスと柱梁からなるユニットフレームを2.73m間隔で繰り返すことで、荷重を効率的に基礎へ伝達すると同時に、2階リビングは中間柱のない大空間を実現し、視線が河川側へ抜ける伸びやかな内部を形成しています。水平力に対しては上下連続する高倍率耐力壁の耐震コアを設け、安定性と開放性を両立しています。道路側にはバイクで乗り入れ可能な半屋外空間を、河川側には腰壁と大開口によるアウトドアリビングを配し、構造合理性と意匠的自由度が一体となった住宅です。
「Kitanekuromatsu House is a wooden residence built on a site between a main road and a riverside. It was planned as a place that connects the dynamic urban environment with the calm of nature.
To open the ground floor as a pilotis, the second floor cantilevers 1.82 meters, supported by 150 mm square columns and diagonal braces. Repeated unit frames of roof trusses and beams efficiently transfer loads to the foundation, creating a column-free living space on the second floor with open views toward the river.
Seismic stability is ensured by a vertically continuous shear-wall core, achieving both openness and structural clarity.
