構造設計
AS-officeは、「Good quality of life」を掲げる企業理念を体現するワークプレイスとして計画された鉄骨造の事務所です。外観はシンプルな箱型でありながら、内部には中庭や吹抜け、スキップフロアを設けることで、光や視線、人の動きが立体的につながる豊かな空間を実現しています。また、ランチルームを建物の中心に配置し、社員同士の自然な交流を促す場として計画されています。
構造計画では、外周と中央の通し柱によるラーメン架構を基本としながら、吹抜けや中庭によって剛床が成立しない複雑な構成に対応するため、水平ブレースを用いて建物全体の安定性を確保しました。また、無柱の大会議室やスキップフロアなど自由度の高い平面計画を構造的に支えることで、構造が意匠計画の自由度を支える骨格となり、豊かなワークプレイスの実現に寄与しています。
AS-office is a steel-framed workplace designed to embody the company’s philosophy of “Good Quality of Life.” While the building appears as a simple box from the outside, its interior incorporates a courtyard, double-height spaces, and split levels, creating a rich spatial experience where light, views, and human activity are connected in three dimensions. A lunch room is placed at the heart of the building, serving as a hub that encourages natural interaction and communication among employees.
The structural design is based on a moment-resisting steel frame composed of perimeter columns and a central column line. To accommodate the complex spatial configuration, where rigid floor diaphragms are interrupted by the courtyard and void spaces, horizontal bracing is introduced to ensure the overall stability of the building. By structurally supporting flexible planning elements such as the column-free conference room and split-level floors, the structure acts as a framework that enhances architectural freedom, contributing to the creation of a workplace rich in spatial quality and experience.
